When placing your order, enter your customization details (name, title, contact info, or any text you'd like engraved) in the notes or customization field at checkout. This ensures we have all the information needed to create your personalized product.

Proof Sent to You

Within 24 hours of your order, we'll send a digital proof to your email for review and approval before production begins. This gives you the opportunity to verify all details and request any changes before we start creating your custom item.

Production & Turnaround

Once you approve your proof, your order will be produced and ready to ship within 3-5 business days. We work quickly to get your customized product to you as soon as possible.

Image Preparation

Every project starts with your image. We carefully edit and refine it using professional software to ensure every detail is optimized for engraving — clean lines, proper contrast, and the right resolution for a flawless result.

Engraving Setup

Once the image is ready, we import it into LightBurn, our professional engraving software, and dial in the exact settings for your specific material — whether that's stainless steel, anodized aluminum, or another surface. Every material requires its own calibration for the perfect depth and finish.

Laser Engraving

With everything set, we run your design through our Acmer PM 30-Watt Fiber Laser — a professional-grade machine that delivers sharp, permanent engravings with incredible precision. The result is a one-of-a-kind piece built to last.
